Greetings and Happy Tuesday!
I spent the weekend at several family events. It was time well spent — full of connection, laughter, and some thoughtful one-on-one chats. A few curious relatives asked me about Reiki, which sparked the idea to share a little refresher with all of you in this week’s note!

So, What Is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that originated in Japan. The word itself combines “Rei” (universal life) and “Ki” (energy) — and that’s exactly what it’s about: channeling universal life energy to promote healing and balance.
During a Reiki session, I place my hands lightly on or near the body, allowing energy to flow to where it’s needed most. This can help clear energetic blockages, restore harmony to the chakras (your energy centers), and activate the body’s natural healing processes.

What Can Reiki Help With?
Reiki supports all aspects of your well-being — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It can:
- Ease stress and anxiety
- Relieve physical discomfort
- Improve sleep quality
- Enhance mood and clarity
- Promote deep relaxation and a sense of peace
Many people walk away from a session feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune with themselves.

Reiki: A Partner in Your Healing
One of Reiki’s most beautiful aspects is that it’s a collaboration. I act as a conduit, but the real healing power lies within you. Reiki simply creates the conditions for that healing to happen. It’s a deeply personal, intuitive experience — and it pairs wonderfully with other self-care or wellness practices.
So whether you’re brand-new to Reiki or returning to it after some time, consider this your gentle nudge to explore it with fresh eyes and an open heart. It just might be the reset you didn’t know you needed.
🤔 What else can you Reiki?
So many things! Does your home need Reiki for good energy? I can do that. Does your pet need Reiki for healing? I can do that. Is there a situation you’re dealing with that needs Reiki? I can send Reiki to that too!
