The seventh energy center in the body is the crown chakra. It is the center of spirituality, connection with universal energies, and the knowing that you yourself are a divine being.
It’s important to note that balancing one chakra in the body involves balancing ALL the chakras in the body. There should be a flow of energy between all of them to have balance. Keep that in mind when reading the information about them.

Affirmations: I am a spiritual being. I am aligned with my soul’s purpose and truth. I surrender to my highest good.
Activities: meditation, sit in silence, step out of your comfort zone by trying something new that expands your mind.
Visualize white light entering from above through the top of your head, flowing freely and moving down to your third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras. Imagine this energy exiting your body through the feet. This flow of energy will help keep all your chakras balance.
